Dr. Josh Hassmann D.C.

Dr. Josh Hassmann is a chiropractic physician and founder of Hassmann Chiropractic in Ormond Beach, Florida. His mission is to help people move better, feel better, and stay active without being limited by pain or dysfunction.

Dr. Josh grew up in Ohio, where he was heavily involved in sports and outdoor activities. He played soccer, football, tennis, wrestling, swimming, track and field, and also enjoyed water sports like waterskiing and wakeboarding. That active lifestyle shaped his understanding of movement, injury, and performance from an early age. He still plays soccer frequently today, which remains his favorite sport.

He earned his Bachelors in Biology from The Ohio State University, where he built a strong foundation in human biology and health sciences. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, where he focused on biomechanics, movement dysfunction, and hands-on treatment approaches designed to restore function and improve quality of life.

Dr. Josh works with athletes and active individuals as well as those dealing with chronic pain or recovering from injury. His approach combines chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue therapy and movement-based care tailored to each patient’s goals.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Katelin, his daughter, Juliette, and their two miniature dachshunds, Daisy and Doc. Whether it’s family time, staying active, or being outdoors, these moments are an important part of his life outside of practice.
